The printers have been awesome, aside from leveling and a failed BLtouch (see below), everything I have printed has printed remarkably well.
Only one print failed, but it may have been my fault for moving it too close to the garage door in cold weather where adhesion was lost.
My test prints include a bridging test which only spanned about 50mm between supports; so seeing 150 mm of unsupported travel is pretty sweet!
I was having an issue with the BLtouch and I didn’t know what to do.
After emailing them, they answered promptly and emailed me instructions on how to fix it myself. They are sending a new one straight from China! It’s great that their customer service is so quick and easy-to-follow at times like these
