Customer review from the US:
The Anycubic Photon Mono is a great 3D printer.
The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow, even for newbies like me who have never used one before!
It comes with everything you need, including some gloves that fit my large hands. I also own another brand of the 3D printer but this one has been really good so far despite its basic design
The Anycubic is a great 3D printer for beginners and experts alike.
The machine’s lightweight means that it can be easily transported, but the print quality comes with some tradeoffs not seen in its competitors.
For instance, detail isn’t as sharp when compared to others on the market today – although this doesn’t detract from the overall printing experience if you’re new to 3d printing or just want an affordable model!
A big plus of buying this particular brand is how easy they are to set up; there aren’t any tools required for assembly which could save time depending on your skill level (and patience).
B
When I first plugged in the Anycubic, it automatically loaded a program on my computer that enabled me to cut any 3D model into pieces and print them out as they would appear when assembled.
The interface is intuitive enough for beginners but if you’re not experienced with these programs then there’s also an included PDF manual so you can get up to speed quickly.
In my experience, this 3D Printer is a great device for beginners and experts alike.
The instructions are in both English as well as pictures so they’re easy to understand regardless of your skill level. Setup only takes 2-3 minutes and comes with basic safety equipment that makes it simple to use without needing additional tools or materials on hand!
Print quality is also excellent even though this printer can print really fast compared to other devices I’ve used before It’s compatible with all major slicing programs including Cura which has been an absolute breeze after learning how it works.
Photon S

The Anycubic Photon S is a great price point for someone looking to get into 3D printing.
It’s well-suited for the novice who wants to start with FDM printers but also has some experience using resin-based machines, which are excellent at creating intricate models of small parts and miniatures.
The new Photon S is a tremendous upgrade to the original.
It boasts an improved print quality, competitive price point, and simpler usage than its predecessor! What really sets it apart from other models in this category are two things: dual z-axis gantry and noise reduction technology that nearly eliminates background noises on your prints.
Some people don’t like the plastic outer casing on Anycubic Photon S 3D printers, but I find it easier to clean and use than a metal exterior.
One of the biggest drawbacks is that you can only replace one LCD at a time which is expensive when they break down or stop working properly; however, this doesn’t really affect me because my printer isn’t used for much more than printing small things – if anything breaks then I just print something else!
The build volume might not be large enough for some users depending on what they want to make and how big those objects are (though again: why would you get an FDM machine with such high failure rates?).
Build Quality:
The Anycubic Photon S is perfect for those looking to print larger objects while staying quiet.
While the metal casing has been replaced with plastic, it won’t affect how your prints turn out. With a quieter movement than its predecessor and an easier assembly process, this 3D printer is sure to please!
In comparison with Photon, you can’t feel the metal casing on this printer, but you can certainly see it.
The Z-axis tower mounts straight to the LCD bracket and there is a single track for prints to travel along which makes me worry about the longevity of its use in long-term situations such as schools or businesses that print every day.
But fortunately, I have been using mine heavily for 20+ hours now without any sign of wear so far!
Print Quality:
The Photon S and the regular Photon printer have nearly identical print quality.
Their designs are so similar, you would be hard-pressed to tell them apart from each other at first glance.
The only difference is that the upgraded motherboard in the Photon S could mean more possibilities for this already powerful machine with future firmware upgrades!
Accessories
The Photon S is the best option for anyone looking to get into 3D printing, as it comes with a head start!
The printer includes 500mL of green resin and an identical toolset.
After comparing the Photon S to its original version, I can safely say that there is no need for you to spend twice as much just because it has a few more features.
The dual Z-axis and upgraded motherboard on this printer are not worth spending double your money even if they were better than their counterparts in the other model.
But again, do some research before making any purchase decisions – this article only shares my humble opinion!
I’ll leave you with one final comparison, I printed a white lattice tree on a Photon 3D printer and then another of the same design but this time in grey.
As you can see from these side by side that while more expensive than its counterpart; the Form2 SLA (which prints using UV laser) is much cleaner looking because it uses fewer layers to create finer detail.
